PROJECT MANAGER
The Project Manager will organize and lead the design team from project inception to finish. Skills in scheduling, quality control and budgeting will be essential. Along with overseeing project delivery, the Project Manager should be comfortable in marketing activities and building client relationships.
Licensed architect with a minimum of 8 years experience. A diverse portfolio of educational, municipal and/or commercial projects. Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills. Must be a good communicator.

You will work hand-in-hand with the Principal Market Leader to be responsible for all aspects of this emerging market. As a part of our marketing team, your role will include pursuing potential clients, serving as an integral part of the interview process and providing leadership through design and construction of projects. Job Qualifications At least 10 years experience with projects ranging from police stations to city halls, fire stations and community centers. Successful candidate has been the lead architect on a minimum of five projects of over 2 million in construction cost.
