ASSISTANT MARKET LEADER/SENIOR PROJECT ARCHITECT - MUNICIPAL
Hollis + Miller Architects is seeking a passionate, driven, and communicative team member to become an integral core team member of our Municipal Design sector. You will work hand-in-hand with the Principal Market Leader to be responsible for all aspects of this emerging market. As a part of our marketing team, your role will include pursuing potential clients, serving as an integral part of the interview process and providing leadership through design and construction of projects. This is a great chance to have ownership in your market while contributing to an exciting, collaborative team environment.
Job QualificationsAt least 10 years experience with projects ranging from police stations to city halls, fire stations and community centers. Successful candidate has been the lead architect on a minimum of five projects of over 2 million in construction cost.

The Assistant Market Leader will work directly with the Partners to develop and expand Higher Education clients regionally and nationally. This role will provide the right candidate with growth and leadership opportunities within Hollis + Miller. Along with marketing activities, this role will also require strong client maintenance skills as projects move forward.
Job Qualifications
Licensed architect with a minimum of 8 years experience. A diverse portfolio of Higher Education projects and a good understanding of the current issues in Higher Education. Ability to work in a team environment and adjust to different client styles and personalities.
